Do you need support within your community?
Maybe the Faversham Community Networking Group can help you. Made up of several local charities, voluntary organisations and community groups, our aim is to work together, and with you, to highlight what excellent support is available within our community.
Collectively, we can support you with lifestyle changes, volunteering opportunities, family care, benefits advice, loneliness, mental health and much much more.
We want to work collaboratively to engage with people within our community, including local businesses, to help reduce loneliness & social isolation – with a specific focus on reaching out to people before crisis, signposting them towards relevant support and proactively building connections to increase visibility of, and access to, existing support available in Faversham and the surrounding villages.
