Dementia Day Care – Chargeable
Dementia 1-1 Companionship – Chargeable
Memory Cafes – Free (Funded)
Maintenance Cognitive stimulation therapy (MCST) – Chargeable
Cognitive stimulation Therapy (COGS) – Chargeable
Peer to Peer Support – Free (Funded)
Carers Learning Groups and support – Free (Funded)
Independent Living Services including: (all chargeable)
Domestic Services
Shopping collection and delivery
Prescription collection and delivery
Dog Walking
Gardening
Handyperson
Community Meals (2 course freshly cooked hot meals delivered 365 days a year)
Wellbeing Centre and Community Activities including:
Daily Transport to our centres plus hot meals and wellbeing activities
Wellbeing support and activities – Chargeable
Wellbeing 1-1 Support – bespoke 1.1 services aimed at reducing loneliness, increasing activity and confidence. – Chargeable
Walking Sports (walking netball/football) with others due to be launched – Free
Supported Swimming Sessions at various locations – Free
Armchair Exercises – Currently chargeable
Coffee mornings and chat – Free
Coming soon – Tai Chi, Creative Writing, Walking Groups and others depending on need – Likely to be free or small cost
We also provide:
Information & Advice Services – This free service supports people in finding out whether they are entitled to additional support, helping complete attendance allowance, blue badge applications etc and and signposting to other organisations.
Befriending – This free service matches clients to volunteers and the volunteer visits the client once a week for an hour to offer friendship and companionship
General Support with any enquiry that reaches us.
