Citizens Advice Swale

You can get advice in a number of ways:

  • Drop in: Speak to their advisers face-to-face at 43 Stone Street, Faversham, on Wednesdays and Fridays 10am-12pm.
    Alternatively you can drop in at Sittingbourne on Mondays 10am-12pm, or Sheppey on Tuesdays 10am-12pm. Subject to adviser availability – follow us on social media for up to date information.

KCC Adult Social Care resources and links to information

  • Your Voice Network  – get involved and help shape social care (scroll down page to sign up): https://www.kent.gov.uk/yourvoice  Anyone is encouraged to join the Your Voice network to stay up-to-date on future engagement opportunities in adult social care.
  • Social Care Involvement Groups (leaflet attached) – We want to hear from people of all backgrounds, ages and with diverse lived experience across Kent, including unpaid carers. If someone you know is interested in joining a co-production group in one of our local areas (Ashford and Canterbury, North Kent, Thanet and South Kent Coast, West Kent) and they are a member of the public with lived experience of social care, we would love them to join the conversation. Ask them to fill in our You Voice Network form: Join the Your Voice network and email us their preferred area via makingadifference@kent.gov.uk
