The Regulation 14 Consultation ran from 3rd January 2023 (noon) to 14th February 2023 (noon).
This was a six-week statutory consultation period.
As part of the consultation process Breakthrough Communications hosted a Zoom meeting where members of the Steering Group answered questions on Thursday 19th January 2023 . The recording of that meeting can be viewed below.
