A251 FAVERSHAM ROAD, FAVERSHAM TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14 (2)


Kent County Council gives notice that A251 Faversham Road, Faversham will be closed to through traffic, on or after 26th October 2023 for up to 2 nights.

The road will be closed in the vicinity of Beaumont Davey Close, this closure will be in place 20:00-05:00 only.

The alternative route for vehicles travelling North: A251 Faversham Road, M2 J6 to J7 on-slip, M2, M2 J7 off-slip, A2 Brenley Corner Roundabout, London Road, Canterbury Road.

The alternative route for vehicles travelling South: A2 Canterbury Road, London Road, Brenley Corner Roundabout, M2 J7 to J6 on-slip, M2, M2 J6 off-slip, A251 Faversham Road.

This closure is necessary to enable carriageway repairs to be carried out by Kent County Council.

This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 5 days.
