Kent County Council gives notice that Porters Lane & Plumford Lane, Sheldwich will be closed to through traffic, on or after 5th December 2023 for up to 2 days.
Porters Lane and Plumford Lane will be closed at their junction with A251.
The alternative route for Porters Lane is via A251 Ashford Road, A2 Canterbury Road,
A2 London Road, Brogdale Road, Porters Lane and vice versa.
The alternative route for Plumford Lane is via A251 Ashford Road, Old Badgins Road, Wilgate Green Road, Plumford Lane and vice versa.
The roads are closed for safety issues, in conjunction with the A251 closure for water pipe repairs by South East Water.
This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 5 days.
