CURTIS WAY, FAVERSHAM TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14 (2)


Kent County Council gives notice that Curtis Way, Faversham will be closed to through traffic, on or after 22nd August 2023 for up to 1 day.

The road will be closed between the junctions of Stonebridge Way and Tanner Street between the timings of 09:00 – 16:00.

The alternative route for vehicles travelling West is via; West Street, B2040 South Road, Ospringe Road, A2 Ospringe Street, London Road, B2045 Western Link, Bysing Wood Road, Dark Hill.

The alternative route for vehicles travelling East is via; Dark Hill, Bysing Wood Road, B2045 Western Link, A2 London Road, Ospringe Street, B2040 Ospringe Road, South Road, Napleton Road, Tanner Street.

This closure is necessary to enable drainage works to be carried out by Kent County Council.

This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 5 days.
