Annual Town Meeting 2023
The Mayor of Faversham, Cllr Trevor Martin, presented awards to Margaret Gates for services to the Faversham Beavers; Stephen Palmer for services to the Faversham Foodbank and the KALC Community Award went to the Friends of Oare Gunpowder Works.
The Mayor of Faversham, Cllr Trevor Martin, was pleased to present prizewinning cheques from the Faversham and District Community Lottery to the Faversham Guides, Faversham District Scouts, Faversham Gunpowder WI, The Faversham Society, Up the Creek Pantomime Association and Trees for Farms
Representatives of all the local groups who had received grants from the Town Council in the previous year showcased their activities.

The Annual Town Meeting was held via Zoom on 9th March 2021 and we were pleased to welcome a number of community groups which had received grants in the previous year.
