🏍️ Reporting Nuisance Motorbikes, E-Scooters and E-Bikes 🚲
We understand that nuisance riding can have a significant impact on our communities, causing noise, anti-social behaviour, damage to open spaces, and concerns for public safety.
If you witness the irresponsible or illegal use of motorbikes, e-scooters or e-bikes, please report it to Kent Police. The information you provide helps us identify hotspots, build intelligence, and target those responsible.
📞 If the incident is happening now and there is an immediate risk to the public, call 999.

When reporting, please try to provide:
✅ The exact location of the incident
✅ Date and time of the activity
✅ Description of the bike, e-scooter or e-bike (make, model, colour)
✅ Description of the rider(s)
✅ Registration number, if visible
✅ Photos, CCTV or video footage, where safe and lawful to obtain
Please do not put yourself at risk or attempt to stop riders yourself.
Every report helps us build a clearer picture of where nuisance riding is occurring and supports enforcement action across our communities.

Tackling antisocial behaviour can be a complex issue, and one which requires input and action from more than just the police.
February 2025 saw the publication of the Ministry of Justice Crime and Policing Bill: Antisocial behaviour (ASB) factsheet. This outlined a number of new measures including making powers to seize vehicles under section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2002 easier to use, allowing the police to react robustly and immediately to the anti-social use of motor vehicles.
