Brogdale Road, Faversham (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING)​ THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY ORDER SEPTEMBER 2025


UK Power Networks works.

To allow excavation works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Brogdale Road, Faversham.

A closure is planned from 29th September 2025, with estimated completion by 7th October 2025, or where stated on a valid Permit (KZ50085971661-04 – UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signage displayed on site and the works will be displayed on One.Network

Brogdale Road will be closed between the junctions with Tettenhall Way and Porters Lane, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while excavation works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via Brogdale Road, A2 London Road, A2 Canterbury Road, A251 Ashford Road, A251 Faversham Road, A252 Canterbury Road, A252 Charing Hill, A20 Maidstone Road, A20 Ashford Road, Rayners Hill, Waterditch Lane, Warren Street, Bunce Court Road, Otterden Road,

The Street, Eastling Road, Whitehill and vice versa.
