Southern Water – Temporary Road Closure – West Street, Faversham – 12th December 2025 (Swale District)
Due to works planned to be undertaken by Southern Water, it will be necessary to close part of West Street, Faversham from 12th December 2025 for up to one day, between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30, or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed at the junction with Caslocke Street, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via B2040 South Road, Napleton Road, Tanners Street and West Street.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while frame and cover works are undertaken by Southern Water.
