Kent County Council gives notice that Market Place, Faversham will be closed to through traffic, on or after 19th March 2025 for up to 8 days.
The road will be closed in the vicinity of The Bear Inn.
The alternative route is via: Market Street, Preston Street, B2041 Forbes Road, B2041
The Mall, A2 London Road, B2040 Ospringe Road, B2040 South Road, North Lane, B2040 Conduit Street, B2040 Quay Lane, B2040 Court Street and Market Place.
This closure is necessary to enable emergency gas escape works to be carried out by SGN.
This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 21 days.
