Kent County Council gives notice that Lower Road, Faversham will be closed to through traffic, on or after 27th August 2024 for 1 night from 20:00 and until 16:00 on the 28th August.
The road will be closed between the junctions of Lion Field and Beech Close.
The alternative route is via: Lower Road, Wallers Road, Grove Place, A2 Ospringe Street to A2040 Ospringe Road and vice versa. The one-way order on Grove Place will also be suspended to allow for diverted traffic.
This closure is necessary to enable carriageway repairs to be carried out by Kent County Council.
This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 21 days.
