Homestall Lane, Graveney, Whitstable Road & Graveney Road, Faversham (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING)THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY ORDER MARCH 2025


To allow signage installation works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Homestall Lane, Graveney, Whitstable Road & Graveney Road, Faversham.

Closures are planned from 19:00 hours on 26th March 2025, with estimated completion by 07:00 hours on 27th March 2025, or where stated on valid permits.

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signage displayed on site and the works will be displayed on O
ne.Network Homestall Lane, Whitstable Road & Graveney Road will be closed at the junctions where they meet, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while signage installation works are undertaken by Kent County
Council.

The alternative route for any through traffic travelling West is via Staplestreet Road, A299 Thanet Way, A2 Brenley Corner Roundabout, London Road, Canterbury Road, B2040 Love Lane and Graveney Road.

The alternative route for any through traffic travelling East is via Graveney Road, B2040 Love Lane, A2 Canterbury Road, London Road, Brenley Corner Roundabout, A299 Thanet Way and Whitstable Road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
