A big thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our survey in the Market Square on Saturday 26th October and to all those who helped on the day and beforehand. Thanks to a busy day in the market (and no rain!) we were kept very busy all day – over 220 people completed the survey questionnaire – people really wanted to have their say.
Recognising the pressures faced by the NHS, with increasing demand, it is especially important that patients are listened to. It is also vital that staff at the two practices and the Urgent Treatment Centre hear how well they are doing and how well they are thought of, as well as hearing about things people thing could or should be better.
It will take some time for our small group of volunteer patients to read and summarise the results of our survey, but as soon as possible we will share these with the two GP practices and with Faversham patients via social media and in printed updates made available at the practices and Visitors Information Centre.
