Charles was born and raised in Kent then following university worked for nearly 10 years in local government and the not for profit sector around Britain.
Having moved to Faversham Charles lives in the town centre with his partner, house rabbits and foster dogs. He now works for an armed forces charity.
Charles has previously been a councillor, school governor and charity trustee and is passionate about making local government work for everyone.
In his spare time Charles enjoys swimming in Faversham pools (and the sea if weather and sewage allow) and walking in our towns beautiful green spaces.
