Church Road, Faversham (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY ORDER SEPTEMBER 2026 Blade Traffic Management Ltd works.




To allow works requiring a cherry picker to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Church Road, Faversham.

A closure is planned from 4th September 2026 for up to one day, between the hours of 06:00 and 17:00, or where stated on a valid Permit (GE10051885981-01

Blade Traffic Management Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signage displayed on site and the works will be displayed on One.Network

Church Road will be closed at the entrance to St Mary of Charity Church, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works requiring a cherry picker are undertaken by Blade Traffic Management Ltd.

There is no alternative route for this closure, however, residential and emergency access will be maintained at all times when it is safe to do so.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
