This Mental Health Awareness Week, let’s take action to help a person find trusted online mental health resources.
It’s equally important to remind people that it’s OK take a break when they feel overwhelmed, scared or stressed. These feelings are human and OK.
NHS MENTAL WELLBEING GUIDES
