NEWTON ROAD, FAVERSHAM TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14 (2)



Kent County Council gives notice that Newton Road, Faversham will be closed to through traffic, on or after 5th February 2026 for up to 5 days.

The road will be closed outside No.54.

The alternative route is via: B2041 Newton Road, B2040 Crescent Road, North Lane, South Road, Ospringe Road, A2 London Road, B2041 The Mall, Forbes Road, Newton Road and vice versa.

This closure is necessary to enable carriageway repairs to be carried out by South East Water.

This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 21 days.
