I’m contacting you because we are keen to make sure that people from all backgrounds are represented in the leadership and decision-making of local community NHS services and we would value your support in sharing information about our Public Governor elections.
Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking people to stand as Public Governors – volunteers who represent their communities and help influence how services are shaped.
This opportunity may be of interest to people considering a move into the NHS, or a new way to contribute to their community. It’s a great way for people to learn how the NHS works, build leadership and governance experience and contribute to something meaningful.
We have vacancies in: Canterbury, Folkestone & Hythe, Gravesham, Swale, Thanet and Tunbridge Wells.
Anyone over 16 years old, who live in one of the areas listed above can stand for election, however you must be a registered member of KCHFT. If someone isn’t already a member, they can sign up here:
