To allow ducting works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on Russell Place, Oare.
A closure is planned from 27th October 2025, with estimated completion by 31st October 2025 between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30, or where stated on a valid Permit (BC008WG4LW32R01L2CSB-01 – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signage displayed on site and the works will be displayed on One.Network
Russell Place will be closed in its entirety, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ducting works are undertaken by Openreach.
There is no alternative route for this closure, however, residential and emergency access will be maintained at all times when it is safe to do so.
Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
