We are reviewing Swale Borough Council’s current Customer Access Strategy.
As such, the council wants honest feedback about how people get in touch, to help understand what’s working well and where there need to be improvements.
As a local representative of the residents within your parish, we would appreciate your assistance with encouraging members of your parish to complete the survey.
Every resident who completes the survey can enter into the free prize giveaway. Everyone who enters the giveaway will receive a 7-day Gym, Swim & Workout Classes membership at Swallows Leisure Centre or Sheppey Leisure Complex. Additionally, one lucky person will win a 1-year membership for Gym, Swim & Workout Classes.
