NHS Urgent Treatment Centres -East Kent

Hello,

I am writing to let you know you about public engagement on urgent treatment centres (UTC) across east Kent, which is now live and forms part of a wider review of these centres.

This engagement is to hear people’s experience of using UTCs and to give them an opportunity to share ideas on improvements and further thoughts. The engagement will be completed by the end of March and what we hear will be analysed and fed into the wider review.

As a local councillor who hears from your constituents about the things that matter to them, we would very much like to hear your views on urgent treatment centres in the area. You are welcome to either fill out the survey, or, if you would prefer please email Kmicb.engagecomms@nhs.net.

We would also appreciate it if you would promote this opportunity by sharing the east Kent urgent treatment centre information on our website found here.  We will be posting information on our social media channels too if you would prefer to share in this way.

We will engage with the public in various ways, for example, through an online survey, online story board and visits to the UTCs, where we will speak to people in waiting areas, as well as running focus groups or visiting voluntary and community groups. We will share the opportunity to be involved on our social media channels and through our stakeholder and community bulletins.

Many thanks in advance

Kind regards

Joscelin
