Kent County Council gives notice that Salters Lane, Faversham will be closed to through traffic, on or after 10th October 2024 for up to 3 days.
The road will be closed at the junction of the A2 Canterbury Road. The road is currently closed but it will be reopened this afternoon, the road will be closed again on the 11th October from 20:30 and will be reopened on the 12th October by 08:00.
The alternative route is via: Salters Lane, A2 Canterbury Road, A251 Ashford Road and Salters Lane.
This closure is necessary to enable water pipe repairs to be carried out by South East Water.
This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 21 days.
