Brogdale Road, Ospringe (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY ORDER OCTOBER 2024

Openreach works.
To allow pole replacement works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Brogdale Road, Ospringe.

A closure is planned from 10th October 2024, with estimated completion by 11th October 2024, between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00, or where stated on a valid Permit (BC411001WFJWWM8L-02 – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for
these works with appropriate signage displayed on site and the works will be displayed on One.Network

Brogdale Road will be closed in the vicinity of Whitehill, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via Brogdale Road, A2 London Road, A2 Canterbury Road, A251 Ashford Road, A251 Faversham Road, A252 Canterbury Road, A252 Charing Hill, A20 Maidstone Road, A20 Ashford Road, Rayners Hill, Waterditch Lane, Warren Street, Bunce Court Road, Otterden Road, The Street, Eastling Road, Whitehill and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.
