National Emergency Area Retrofit south east closure bulletin

We’re updating you on our planned overnight closures on several of the all lane running motorways we’re adding new emergency areas to.

Please do consider these closures when planning your journey.

Our overnight closures usually start from 9pm and finish by 5.30am Monday to Thursday and 11pm to 6am Friday but this can change depending on the volume of traffic and when we can close the road safely.

We are always looking to improve our customer’s experiences and journeys through our roadworks, so please do complete this short survey.

Week commencing 27 May 2024:

  • M25 junction 25 to 27 – the M25 junction 25 to 27 clockwise including all relevant slip and linking roads will be closed overnight on Tuesday 28, Thursday 30, and Friday 31 May 2024.
  • M25 junction 24 clockwise exit slip road – the M25 junction 24 clockwise exit slip will be closed overnight on Tuesday 28, Wednesday 29, Thursday 30, and Friday 31 May 2024.
  • M4 junction 12 to 11 – the M4 junction 12 to 11 eastbound including all relevant slip and linking roads will be closed overnight on Tuesday 28 and Friday 31 May 2024.

Our diversion routes are designed to suit all vehicle types.

We advise you not to use a Satnav when following any of our diversions because there is a risk it could direct you down an unsuitable road or back onto our network when it is closed.
