Faversham Creek – Ham Marshes with Birdwise North Kent
Meet at Stonebridge Pond for a 4.75 mile circular walk around Faversham Creek to Hollowshore, returning across Ham Marshes to our starting point. We will be accompanied by a member of the Bird Wise team, a partnership between local authorities and conservation organisations in North Kent, which aims to encourage people to enjoy and protect the birdlife around the coast.
This walk is organised by Faversham Footpaths Group, a local organisation formed in 2015 with the aim of preserving, maintaining and promoting the use of public rights of way in Faversham and the surrounding area.
Well behaved dogs are welcome on the walk, but they will need to be kept on a lead at all times. There will be a break half way round. If rain is expected, please wear suitable footwear and clothing.
