Around the Creek Walk
Faversham’s recently passed Neighbourhood Plan commits the town to improving public access to both banks of the Creek. This relaxed stroll round both sides of the creek, which should last no more than 90 minutes, will give participants the opportunity to use the areas where improvements in pedestrian access to the creek have been achieved in the last few years, look at what still needs to be improved and to reflect on the unique history and environment of this still under-walked part of Faversham.
Meet in front of Customs House at Standard Quay, at 2.30pm. Led by Councillor Julian Saunders, Vice Chair Active Travel Committee, Faversham Town Council. Please register in advance here
