Hoppin’ into Easter Spring Fair (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM):

Easter Bonnet Parade (Starts at 2:00 PM):
Show off your springtime style in our Easter Bonnet Parade! Starting at Court Street, we’ll parade through town and finish at the Alexander Centre, Preston Street. Whether you’re participating or cheering from the sidelines, this colourful event is a must-see!

 All ages welcome to take part in the parade—bring your brightest, most creative bonnet!

Bring your family and friends to this fantastic community event. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Faversham Festival of Transport

Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th May 2025 10AM – 4PM


Faversham Town Centre

Get ready for a weekend full of incredible vehicles, fascinating history, and family fun at the Faversham Festival of Transport!


Saturday 17th May 2025

Vintage bus rides and commercial vehicles in a special display.
Faversham Charter Market, Eventissima Events at The Alexander Centre and a Memorabilia Fair at The Assembly Rooms, Preston Street.

Sunday 18th May 2025

Main Car Show featuring:
Stunning vintage cars, Powerful wartime and military vehicles
Majestic steam engines and so much more!

Pull in at the “Pit Stop” Central Car Park for some delicious food and treats! Car displays including an array of Mustangs! entertainment and more.

Refuel yourself with a variety of tasty options while exploring the show.

Faversham in the Forties – Victory in Europe 80 Years

Sunday 8th June 2025 10-4PM

Court Street, Market Place and West Street

Faversham is commemorating the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe (VE) Day with a “Faversham in the Forties” event on Sunday 8th June 2025 10-4pm

The event will feature:

Music and Dancing: Enjoy live 1940s music and dance performances.

Reenactors and Military Vehicles: Experience historical reenactments and view displays of military vehicles from the era.

Vintage Stalls: Browse a variety of vintage stalls offering period items.

Food and Drink: Themed food and beverages reminiscent of the 1940s.

Special Appearances: Look forward to appearances by historical figures, including a portrayal of Winston Churchill.

The event will take place in Faversham’s Market Place, Court Street, and West Street providing a historical backdrop for the festivities.

Faversham Pirate Festival

The Faversham Pirate Festival is back after its triumphant debut in 2024! Join the fun on Sunday, 13th July, from 10AM till 6PM, for a day packed with pirate-themed activities and entertainment.

Pirate games, stalls, and skiff boat rides on the creek.
Delicious food and drink to keep you fueled for adventure.
Live music to keep spirits high!!
Cannon and weapon displays featuring the Sheppey Pirates and Canterbury Medieval Combat.
Appearances by Captain Jack Sparrow himself!
Explore Mermaid Cove and enjoy the enchanting charm of the mermaids.
Classic Punch and Judy shows for all ages.
There’s something for everyone, so come dressed as a pirate and join the crew for a swashbuckling good time!

Faversham Scarecrow Spectacular Town Trail!

Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th September 10-4PM

Family-Friendly Autumn Scarecrow Adventure! 

Join us for a fun-filled, family-friendly autumn adventure through the town and its charming residential areas! 

Residents and businesses will embrace the spirit of the season by creating one-of-a-kind scarecrows that will be on display throughout the community. From front gardens to windows.

Grab a map of the scarecrow locations.
Follow the trail to visit each display.
Vote for your favorite scarecrow and help choose the best display of the season!
Take photos and make memories with your little ones!
This is the perfect event for families, friends, and anyone who loves a little Autumn fun.

Come out and enjoy the creativity while celebrating the autumn season.
