The Faversham Almshouses, owned and administered by Faversham Municipal
Charities, offer independent living for people who are most often older, with a limited income and an opportunity to reside within a secure and happy environment.
Situated within easy walking distance of the town of Faversham, the Almshouses
consist of 69 unfurnished dwellings. We offer studio and one-bedroom units for
single occupancy and one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats for couples.
Our residents are supported by a Scheme Manager whose aim is to assist residents to live independently. Through regular visits and calls they monitor and maintain resident well-being.
