Temporary Road Closure – Water Lane, Mutton Lane & Vicarage Lane, Ospringe – 4th April 2022 (Swale)
It will be necessary to close Water Lane, Mutton Lane & Vicarage Lane, Ospringe from 4th April 2022, with estimated completion by 24th April 2022.
The works will be carried out in phases, as detailed below.
Water Lane, Ospringe will be closed from 4th April 2022, with estimated completion by 24th April 2022.
The road will be closed from outside number 14 to the junction with Abbots Hill, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route is via London Road, Brogdale Road, Eastling Road, Painters Forstal Road, Abbots Hill, Coxhett Hill, Faversham Road and London Road.
Mutton Lane, Ospringe will be closed from 4th April 2022, with estimated completion by 18th April 2022.
The road will be closed from the junction with Water Lane to outside Laurel Cottage, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route is via London Road, Brogdale Road, Eastling Road, Painters Forstal Road, Abbots Hill, Coxhett Hill, Faversham Road and London Road.
Vicarage Lane, Ospringe will be closed from 11th April 2022, with estimated completion by 18th April 2022.
The road will be closed at the junction with Water Lane, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route is via London Road, Brogdale Road, Eastling Road, Painters Forstal Road, Abbots Hill, Coxhett Hill, Faversham Road and London Road.
The closures are required to enable gas main replacement works to be carried out by SGN.
