It will be necessary to close part of South Street & Scoggers Hill, Boughton Under Blean from 22nd November 2021 with estimated completion by 26th November 2021.
South Street will be closed in the vicinity of the Scoggers Hill junction, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
Scoggers Hill will be closed in the vicinity of Poplars at the South Street junction, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic on South Street is via South Street, Hickmans Green, Colonels Lane, The Street, Stockers Hill, Canterbury Road, Nine Ash Lane and vice versa.
The alternative route for any through traffic on Scoggers Hill is via South Street, Jezzards Lane, Rhode Common and vice versa.
The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new ducting works are undertaken by Openreach.
