For the first time in many years, the Faversham Rotary Carol Tour will have to be cancelled.
It was not an easy decision but we feel that it is the correct one in the current circumstances as Faversham will be going into tier 3 when lockdown ends.
We know that this will be disappointing as the Carol Tour marks the start of Christmas for many people in Faversham, both grown-ups and children. The cancellation is a big disappointment to the Rotary Club as well, as it is one of the highlights of the year for us.
We are working hard with Santa to arrange an alternative on-line event. It’s top secret at the moment but details will soon appear on our website favershamrotary.org
